Newbie’s Guide to Meditation
A Simplified, Stripped Down, Bare Bones Guide on How to Meditate
Do you have an interest in meditation but have no information about how to go about learning the basics. This book can help. Created by long-time meditation practitioner and teacher, Lauren Darges, and newbie meditator, Larry Langbehn, as the book Larry wanted when he began meditating. Written in a straightforward manner, it starts with the fundamentals then addresses the common things you’ll run into like, restlessness, sleepiness and mind chatter. And if breath meditation is not for you, other types of meditation, like loving-kindness and heart coherence, are explained. Get Your Copy HereSaturday Meditation Group
